SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer domestic shipping only, to the contiguous United States.  We also offer free shipping on orders over $75, except for Art and Mirrors, for which additional shipping charges may apply.  You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges prior to shipment, if applicable.  Free shipping requires a minimum $75 purchase after all discounts have been applied.

In-stock items are typically shipped within two (2) business days via FedEx.  If the amount you pay for shipping does not cover the cost to ship via FedEx, we reserve the right to ship via USPS instead.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have shipped.  Orders may arrive in multiple boxes or at various times.

Some items on our website are not normally stocked in our warehouse.  These special order items are marked as such online in the "PRODUCT INFO" section of each product listing.  This means we do not physically have that product in our warehouse.  Due to the nature of a special order, the following policies apply:

Special Order Items
  • Special order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to Art and Mirror purchases.  You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges prior to shipment, if applicable.

  • Pre-payment is required, including any additional shipping charges, before the item(s) will be ordered from the vendor.  

  • All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at the vendor's warehouse at the time the order is placed. Lead times will vary due to stock conditions, weather conditions, time of day the order is placed, or inadequate pre-payment.

  • If there is a delay in your order, we will reach out quickly to let you know the estimated time of shipment.

  • We may be unable to cancel special order items once the order is placed. These items may also be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering these items.

  • In rare cases, items may be discontinued and no longer available to ship.  We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.  You may either request cancellation of the order and a receive a full refund for the item, or ask us to locate a similar item for you, if possible, and we will adjust your invoice accordingly for any mutually agreed order changes.

You will receive an email with delivery information once delivery of your special order items has been arranged.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase, and we are confident you will be! However, if you need to make a return, we're here to help. Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.  Please email photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in and photos of the damaged item.  We require these images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims.  After the claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have the damaged item and its packaging inspected, returned, and replaced.  IMPORTANT:  You must retain the original shipping container and packaging your item was received in, as they will be needed for inspection.

We have a few things to keep in mind during the return process and our 14-day Money Back Guarantee:

  • Special order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective (refer to Special Order Items section within Shipping Policy above).

  • Art and Mirrors are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any items returned without  prior authorization are ineligible for a refund.  We are not responsible for packages refused at delivery, returned to sender, sent to an invalid destination, or sent without an RMA.  

  • Returns must be received in original condition within 14 days of receipt.  The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.  Items that are returned to us damaged are ineligible for a refund.

  • Shipping, delivery, and assembly charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges.

  • Be sure to use a traceable shipping service; failure to provide us with a tracking number may nullify your return.  We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us or do not meet the overall requirements of our Return Policy.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. 

  • After you have reviewed the terms above, if you believe you are eligible to return an item, please contact us.
